We only collect what we need in order to respond to you:
- Information you give us: your name, mobile number, email address, the product you are interested in, and any details you choose to include in your message when you use our enquiry form, email us, call us or message us on social media.
- Technical information: basic information your browser sends when you load a page, such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you viewed. This may be recorded by our hosting provider in server logs for security and diagnostics.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through this website, and we ask that you do not send us medical records, government identification numbers or financial account details until we request them through a secure channel.
2. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you general information about insurance products.
- To contact you once we are cleared to transact, if you have asked us to.
- To keep records required by law, and to protect the security and integrity of this website.
We rely on your consent, on the necessity of processing to respond to your request, and on our compliance with legal obligations, as bases for processing under the Data Privacy Act.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share it only:
- with insurers or service providers where this is necessary to act on a request you have made, and only with your knowledge;
- with our service providers (for example, email and website hosting) who process information on our instructions and are bound to keep it confidential;
- where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or a lawful order of a court or government authority.

We keep enquiry records only for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, and for any period required by law, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.

We apply reasonable organisational, physical and technical measures to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending confidential documents by unsecured email.

7. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not track you across other websites.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It does not set cookies, does not use browser fingerprinting, and does not collect information that identifies you personally. It records the page visited, the referring site, your general location at country level, your browser and device type, and how quickly pages loaded. Because no personal information is collected and no cookies are used, this does not require your consent, and there is nothing for you to opt out of.
Cloudflare, Inc. processes this information on our behalf as our service provider. If we ever add analytics or embedded content that does collect personal information, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
8. Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
