Please note: Autosafe Insurance Services is completing the renewal of its business permits and regulatory requirements. This website is informational only. We are not accepting insurance applications, premium payments or claims filings through it.
This Notice is given in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). It tells you, in plain terms, what happens to the personal information you provide to Autosafe Insurance Services through this website.
Who is processing your information
Autosafe Insurance Services acts as the Personal Information Controller for the information you submit to us. Our contact details are at the end of this Notice.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile number and email address.
- The insurance product you are enquiring about and any details you include in your message.
- Server log information generated automatically when you visit the site.
- Anonymous website statistics: the page you viewed, the site that referred you, your country, your browser and device type, and page loading speed. This is collected without cookies and does not identify you.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide general product information.
- To follow up with you about your enquiry, if you have asked us to.
- To comply with legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
Consent
By submitting the enquiry form or contacting us, you consent to our processing of your personal information for the purposes stated above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us; withdrawal will not affect processing already carried out, or processing we are required by law to continue.
Who we may share it with
Only with insurers or service providers where necessary to act on your request, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
The service providers who process information on our behalf are:
- Web3Forms — delivers enquiry form submissions to our email inbox. The details you type into the form pass through this service.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts this website and provides the anonymous visit statistics described above.
- Google — provides the email account we use to receive and reply to enquiries.
These providers are located outside the Philippines, which means your information may be processed abroad. They act only on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations.
How long we keep it
For as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of collection and any applicable legal retention period, after which records are securely disposed of.
How we protect it
Access to enquiry records is limited to authorised personnel. We use reasonable technical, organisational and physical safeguards to keep your information secure.
Your rights as a data subject
- To be informed about how your data is processed.
- To object to processing, and to withdraw consent.
- To access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- To have inaccurate data corrected, and to have data erased or blocked in the cases allowed by law.
- To data portability, and to be indemnified for damages arising from unlawful processing.
